Booking Requirements |
- Suggest all tours to be booked at least 3 days in advance of your travel date
- Confirmation for this product will be received within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability
- Tour is operated in English unless otherwise stated
- Upgrade to 4 or 5 star hotel is possible with applicable surcharges
- Tour price subject to change depending on hotel availability and seasonality
- Private car transfers can be arranged at applicable surcharges
- Visa Application:
Tour participants should ensure that they have a valid visitor visa for Hong Kong & Macau before participating in the tours. Should participants fail to comply to destinations visa requirements, the tour operator shall not be responsible to refund tour fees paid for.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 7 - 10 working days : 30 % of tour fees
- Within 7 working days : 50% of tour fees
- Day of tour : 100% tour fees
- Disclaimer & Travel Insurance:
- It is advisable for tour participants to purchase adequate travel insurance if they deem it to be necessary, the tour operator shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, burglary, additional expenses, accidental delay or other factors beyond its control.
- Tour itinerary or transportation so described is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of adverse traffic conditions, we reserve the right to alter the order of places to be visited.
- Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or tour be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid in cash on the spot by tour participants.
- Cancellation of tour arrangements in case of typhoon or undesirable conditions, tour shall be rearranged or refunded subject to the final discretion of tour operator. No refund will be made to confirmed bookings or if participants do not show up without concrete evidence.
- The Company acts in the capacity of a travel agent only for clients in making arrangements for transportation, sightseeing or hotel accommodation. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss to be suffered during the tour by tour participant who is refuse to leave or re-enter Hong Kong by the Immigration Department or the authority concerned due to any reason.
