- With Ayurveda treatment for 4 days (Daily head, face, and synchronized body oil treatment(massage with two therapists), herbal bath or herbal steam bath, fresh herbal decoctions and Hearbal elixirs. This will take about 3 hours or more depending on the condition of guest)

a. Short excursions at Barberyn Beach, Weligama for the following places of interest:

1. "Matara Tour" - Dondra temple and Lighthouse at Dondra- Short excursions, Yoga and other activities that take place at the resort
2. "Galle Tour" - Old Dutch Fort
3. Boat tour and to Museum Koggala
4. Tour to see tea plantataion

b. Short excursions at Barberyn Reef, Beruwala for the following places of interest:

1. Turtle Hatchery - Kosgoda
2. Bawa's Brief Garden
3. Warakagoda Temple & to see low countrs tea cultivation
4. "Galle Tour" - Old Dutch Fort

The above excursions are organized to in-house guests free of charge. Some places the guest has to pay for the entrance tickets.
